1. Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Bilingual Content Creator/Writer who can produce well-researched, insightful, and engaging content — primarily focused on U.S. real estate, and secondarily on finance, investing, and economic trends. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and excellent writer who can distill complex financial and market data into accessible, actionable content for a Vietnamese-American audience and eventually, a broader English-speaking readership in the U.S.

You’ll be responsible for leading content creation across multiple platforms, including blog articles, YouTube scripts, email campaigns, and social media.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies tailored to each platform (YouTube, blog, social media, email).

• Write well-structured, insightful, and easy-to-understand content on U.S. real estate, personal finance, and investing.

• Draft engaging YouTube scripts and collaborate with the video production team to create compelling videos.

• Analyze complex economic and financial data (e.g. CPI, Fed decisions, housing reports) and convert them into digestible content.

• Write fluently and persuasively in both Vietnamese and English, or localize content effectively in both languages.

• Monitor U.S. market trends and adjust content to reflect timely and relevant insights.

• Coordinate with performance, media, and marketing teams to ensure effective content distribution.

3. Requirements

• Passion for real estate (local or international). U.S. market insights will be provided through structured training.

• 3+ years of professional writing experience in real estate, finance, or investing.

• Excellent writing and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Experience writing scripts for YouTube or working with content/video production teams.

• Ability to break down complex financial topics into reader-friendly language.

• Strategic mindset with a clear sense of how content supports business goals.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing content pipelines independently.

• Strong time and project management skills in a remote work environment.

• Solid understanding of the U.S. financial landscape: credit systems, mortgages, 401(k), rental property investing, etc.

4. Nice-to-Haves (Bonus)

• Vietnamese candidates who have lived or are currently living in the U.S., Canada, or Australia.

• Experience writing for or growing a YouTube channel or podcast in finance or education.

• Background in edtech, coaching, or educational content creation.

• Strong content portfolio showcasing bilingual writing, blogs, scripts, or social content.

• Familiarity with AI tools for research, SEO, or content planning.

5. Compensation

• Flexible & negotiable based on your experience and demonstrated value.

6. Performance-Based Rewards

Performance is directly tied to compensation. Salary reviews take place every 6 months, based on performance ratings:

• ✅ 3–5% raise for meeting expectations

• 🌟 6–10% raise for exceeding expectations

• 🚀 11–15% raise for significantly exceeding expectations

High performers may also be eligible for bonuses and other incentives.
