1. About Us

Our client is a long-standing pioneer in delivering technology solutions that integrate AI, real-time systems, and full automation for retail chains across China and Taiwan. With proven success in transforming business operations, they are now expanding into the Vietnamese market with a clear mission: to solve customer pain points by reducing time, labor, and costs.

To drive this mission, our client is looking for an ambitious IT Sales Manager who has the ability to scale revenue, grow market share, and build a high-performing sales team from scratch.

2. Key Responsibilities

– Define sales targets, set go-to-market strategies, and expand customer base with a strong focus on F&B and big retail chains in Northern Vietnam.
– Build, coach, and manage a sales team. Set KPIs, create processes, and develop a culture of performance and accountability.
– Identify and capture new opportunities, expand networks, and grow a strong sales pipeline.
– Conduct product demos, deeply understand technical solutions, and act as a consultative partner for clients.
– Lead deal structuring, pricing, and contract negotiations to successfully close high-value accounts.
– Work closely with technical and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and post-sales support that drives retention.
– Keep a close eye on competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to refine strategy.

 

3. Requirements

– Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT solution sales, preferably in POS, ERP, SAP, SaaS, or F&B tech solutions.
– Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market, with an established network in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
– Proven ability to understand complex solutions and translate them into tangible business value for clients.
– Excellent skills in negotiation, business development, communication, and consultative selling.
– Demonstrated track record of building and leading sales teams, creating processes, and driving performance.
– Results-driven mindset: hungry for growth, resilient, and proactive.
– Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
– Fluent English is required. Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage.
