Our client is a CPA firm specializing in accounting, tax, and financial advisory services in the U.S. market. The firm provides professional, personalized solutions for individuals and small businesses, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and build long-term financial stability.
Operating primarily in the United States, they serve individuals and small business owners – with a large portion of clients being Vietnamese Americans who seek reliable, compliant, and strategic financial support from a trusted CPA partner.
To support business growth and daily operations, they are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to assist with administrative, client coordination, and operational tasks.
02. Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Support
-
Respond to customer emails, messages, and comments across Facebook platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Answer and handle incoming phone calls, provide basic service consultation to clients.

Upsell or cross-sell additional services and provide fee estimates based on clients’ tax situations (a strong plus), following provided guidelines and scripts.

Follow up with clients to request missing or additional documents.
2. Client Data & CRM Management

Create, update, and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.

Track client status and notify clients regarding outstanding payments or balances.
3. Document Management
-
Upload, organize, and manage client documents within internal systems.

Ensure documents are properly labeled, stored, and easy to retrieve.
4. Administrative Support
-
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
5. Content & Research Support
-
Research trends and information related to finance and real estate.
-
Create simple content or updates for the company’s Facebook page based on provided direction.
03. Job Requirements
-
Basic knowledge of tax and finance in the Vietnamese market is a strong plus. Knowledge of U.S. tax and finance will be provided through on-the-job training with full documentation.

Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with strong reading and writing skills.

Proficient in office tools, including email, PDF files, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Highly responsive, service-minded, with a strong sense of ownership; ability to provide service consultation is a strong plus.

Detail-oriented and well-organized.

Own a personal laptop and have a stable internet connection; able to remain on-call during working hours.
04. Benefits

USD 624 – 1.100 Net (open to negotiation based on experience and performance).

Remote full-time position with flexible working hour options: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM (8-hour shift), or 9:00 PM – 2:00 PM (6-hour shift).

Directly report to and work closely with the CEO.
