1. Overview

The company is currently seeking an Account Manager who can manage the full Business Development and Sales cycle, meet technical requirements, and build long-term, trusted partnerships with leading enterprises and organizations.
2. Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnership Growth
– Identify and approach potential partners/clients through the Sales Director’s network.
– Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners and clients.
– Participate in customer development projects and expand the company’s business network.
Partnership Setup & Execution
– Coordinate documentation and legal procedures to establish official partnerships.
– Implement business services with partners and clients according to the plan.
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery is on schedule and aligned with company processes.
Business Management & Reporting
– Monitor business performance and prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
– Propose tailored business solutions and strategies to optimize results for each project and client.
3. Requirements
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a tech company, with hands-on exposure to B2B clients.
– Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
– Proactive, adaptable, persistent, responsible, and passionate about business development.
– Fair English communication skills.
