The company is currently looking to expand its technical team with a skilled Network Engineer.

2. Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Network Engineer to support customers throughout the full technical lifecycle—from pre-sales consultation to deployment and ongoing maintenance. In this role, you will:

• Provide professional pre-sales and post-sales technical support for networking products, ensuring customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

• Lead network planning, solution design, device selection, deployment, and installation.

• Perform daily network operations and equipment maintenance, including device management, troubleshooting, network optimization, configuration, routine inspections, scheduled maintenance, and emergency response drills.

• Develop and maintain operational workflows, standard procedures, and maintenance guidelines related to network management.

3. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with enterprise networks.

• Strong understanding of core networking concepts; familiarity with data center standards, structured cabling, LAN design, and WAN connectivity is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience with networking and security devices from vendors such as Ruijie, Cisco, Huawei, or equivalent.

• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or similar are highly preferred.

• Fluent English is required. Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage.
