01. Key Objective of the Role

Take full ownership of building and managing a Math EdTech product (App/Web) from scratch, ensuring project delivery in terms of timeline, quality, and business outcomes, while acting as a critical bridge between Education – Technology – Business – End Users.

02. Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Project Roadmap Management (30%)
   – Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the product roadmap for the Math EdTech project from early-stage development.
   – Gather, analyze, and translate requirements from stakeholders (Content, Tech, Marketing, Sales) into feasible project plans.
   – Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on user value and business objectives.

2. Content Development Coordination (30%)
   – Manage the development timeline for Math learning and assessment content (video lessons, question banks, learning pathways).
   – Work closely with Math subject experts, Chief Editors, and education specialists to ensure content quality, curriculum alignment, and learning objectives.
   – Monitor content performance and quality through learner feedback and usage data.

3. Technology Collaboration (10%)
   – Act as the main point of contact with the Tech team for system features, online testing functions, and AI-powered learning solutions (auto-grading, personalized learning paths, virtual tutors, etc.).
   – Ensure product requirements align with educational goals, user experience standards, and technical feasibility.
   – Propose product improvements based on user behavior data and analytics.

4. Online Math Exam Operations Management (10%)
   – Plan and manage the execution of periodic online Math examinations.
   – Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure system stability, security, transparency, and fairness.
   – Identify operational risks and propose improvement solutions.

5. Cross-functional Coordination & KPI Tracking (10%)
   – Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to support product growth initiatives.
   – Track key project KPIs including timeline, product quality, user engagement, and learning experience.
   – Prepare regular project status reports and recommendations for the Board of Management.

6. Market Trends & Professional Networking (10%)
   – Continuously update knowledge on EdTech trends, especially in Math education and online learning.
   – Build and maintain relationships with educational experts and partners domestically and internationally.

03. Requirements

1. Education
   – Bachelor’s degree or higher.
   – Preferred majors: Mathematics Education, Applied Mathematics, Educational Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
2. Experience
   – Minimum 03 years of experience in EdTech, Math education management, Math thinking programs, English Math programs, or related fields.
3. Skills & Competencies
   – Strong understanding of LMS platforms, AI applications in education, and end-user data analysis.
   – Proven experience in project management, risk management, and cross-functional coordination (Content – Tech – Marketing).
   – Good English communication skills.
   – Strong planning, multitasking, communication, and negotiation skills.
   – Highly proactive, responsible, and collaborative.
   – Passionate about online education and applying technology to improve learning outcomes.
   – Candidates with strong business ideas in online education are highly preferred.

04. Compensation & Benefits

1. Compensation
   – Base salary: 35,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND/month (Open to negotiation for strong candidates)
   – Commission: Performance-based, tied to revenue and profit KPIs (no cap)
   – Lunch allowance: 40,000 VND/day
   – 13th-month salary & quarterly performance bonuses
   – Bonuses for public holidays, Tet, and company anniversary
