We’re hiring a Senior Bilingual Content & Marketing Strategist to take the lead in creating and amplifying content that matters. You’ll be the bridge between complex U.S. financial concepts and a community hungry for clear, culturally relevant guidance. Your work will empower people to understand credit, buy homes, invest wisely, and build wealth — all through compelling blog posts, videos, emails, and social media.

This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts content creator, brand strategist, and educator, and who’s ready to grow with a fast-evolving brand.

2. What You’ll Do

Create bilingual content (Vietnamese & English) that’s insightful, practical, and easy to understand — from real estate guides to financial explainers.
Design platform-specific strategies for content across YouTube, blogs, email marketing, and social media.
Script engaging YouTube videos that inform and connect emotionally with viewers.
Translate complex data (Fed decisions, CPI reports, housing stats, etc.) into reader-friendly narratives.
Localize messages to resonate with Vietnamese-American audiences while staying relevant to broader U.S. readers.
Monitor market trends and propose timely content ideas.
Collaborate with marketing and media teams to amplify reach and brand recognition.

3. What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience writing professionally in finance, investing, or real estate.
Excellent written communication in both Vietnamese and English (native-level or fluent in both).
Strong background in video scriptwriting and working with video or content production teams.
Ability to break down complex topics into engaging, digestible content for non-expert audiences.
A strategic mindset – you understand that content is a business tool, not just creative output.
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, high-performance environment.
Good understanding of U.S. financial concepts: mortgages, credit scores, 401(k), real estate investing, etc.

If you’re not yet confident, we’ll provide expert training and 1:1 coaching with CEO.

4. Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

Experience growing a YouTube channel, podcast, or social media platform in education or finance.
Background in edtech, coaching, or online education.
Strong portfolio showing bilingual content, blogs, video scripts, or branded social media work.
Familiarity with AI tools for research, SEO, and content planning (e.g., Notion AI, ChatGPT, SurferSEO).
