Our client is a CPA firm specializing in accounting, tax, and financial advisory services in the U.S. market. The firm provides professional, personalized solutions for individuals and small businesses, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and build long-term financial stability.
Operating primarily in the United States, they serve individuals and small business owners – with a large portion of clients being Vietnamese Americans who seek reliable, compliant, and strategic financial support from a trusted CPA partner.
They are currently seeking an Administrator who is detail-oriented and meticulous, while also being proactive and quick-thinking. This role will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and keeping track of client activities. The ideal candidate is someone who is committed to long-term growth with the team and eager to contribute meaningful value to the business.
02. Key Responsibilities
– Manage and organize tax-related documentation, ensuring all files are accurately classified and easily accessible
– Assist clients in completing tax forms, providing clear guidance to ensure accuracy and compliance
– Maintain a structured and systematic filing system, including proper labeling for efficient document tracking and retrieval
– Proactively follow up with clients via email, phone, or other communication platforms to remind them of pending submissions, required information, and tax deadlines
– Prepare and customize company proposals for clients based on their needs and requirements
– Ensure all documents are thoroughly reviewed, well-organized, and properly labeled before submitting to the internal tax expert team for processing
03. Job Requirements
– Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Administration, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
– Educational background in Finance or Accounting is preferred; knowledge of taxation and accounting practices in Vietnam is a strong advantage
–Good reading comprehension in English; ability to communicate with a global team and foreign clients is a plus
– Proficient in office tools, including email, PDF handling, Microsoft Word, and Excel; experience working with tracking systems is preferred
– Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
– Demonstrates a high level of commitment and professionalism; eager to learn and develop expertise in taxation with a long-term career mindset
– Highly responsive, service-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of ownership; ability to provide client consultation is a strong advantage
– Owns a personal laptop and has a stable internet connection; available and responsive during working hours

– Competitive salary of USD 800 – 1.000 Net
– Full-time remote position, working from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break)
